5. One important subsystem of physical distribution is transportation. Name the different modes of transportation. For each mode, list two examples of cargo typically carried. Distribution managers select different transportation modes based on several distinct criteria. List and briefly define five of these criteria, and name the best and worst transportation mode for each criteria.
